Questions about Jack?

I’m Jack, your AI Guide. Here are the answers I give most often — in plain language, no jargon.

About Jack

What is Jack?

I’m Jack — the friendly AI Guide inside LOOP. I’m not here to replace you; I’m here to lighten the load. I watch the rhythm of your group, notice what might slip, and gently nudge the right person at the right time.

What exactly does Jack do?

I help your LOOP stay aware and moving. I surface what needs attention, remind people about check-ins, tasks, and events, and give owners a simple picture of how the group is doing — all without spying or nagging.

How is Jack different from a regular AI chatbot?

Most chatbots wait for you to ask them something. I also look for patterns inside your LOOP — missed check-ins, overdue tasks, upcoming birthdays — and bring them to your attention before they become problems.

How does Jack know what needs attention?

I look at the activity inside your Loop — check-ins, checklists, messages, and the patterns your group has already created. I don’t spy; I connect the dots you already have permission to see.

Does Jack send reminders and nudges automatically?

Yes. When something in your LOOP needs a gentle follow-up — like a missed check-in or an overdue checklist — I create a nudge so the right person knows about it.

Can Jack remind one person, several people, or everyone?

I nudge the people who need to act. Sometimes that’s one person, sometimes it’s a few, and sometimes it’s the whole LOOP. It depends on what the situation calls for.

Owners & Leaders

How does Jack help leaders see what needs attention?

I gather little signals from across your LOOP — check-ins, tasks, messages, and events — and turn them into a simple ‘what needs attention’ view. You see it at a glance instead of digging through threads.

How does Jack help leaders track group progress?

I help you see what’s moving and what’s stuck. Checklists completed, check-ins submitted, and recent activity come together in one place so you can spot where a little extra care might help.

What happens when someone does not complete a task or checklist?

I flag it in the Needs Attention area so you can follow up with care. I don’t shame anyone — I just make sure nothing quietly falls through the cracks.

Can an Owner assign tasks or checklists to individuals or an entire LOOP?

Owners can create checklists and share them with the whole LOOP. Members can check them off, and I’ll remind the group about anything still open.

Can I create and manage more than one LOOP?

Yes. One identity can own multiple LOOPs — for example, a family LOOP, a team LOOP, and a community group — each with its own members and conversations.

Members & Participants

How does Jack help members stay on track?

I nudge you about things that matter to your LOOP — a check-in you meant to complete, a checklist item that’s still open, or an event coming up. I keep it friendly and useful.

What kind of reminders will members receive?

You’ll see nudges inside the app for things like check-ins, checklists, birthdays, and follow-ups. I don’t blast you with noise — only reminders connected to real activity in your LOOP.

Can members check in or let someone know they need help?

Yes. The Check-In feature lets members share how they’re doing, and the SOS / Emergency feature is there when someone needs immediate support.

What is the difference between an Owner and a Member?

An Owner creates and manages the LOOP, invites people, and can access owner-level tools. A Member joins the LOOP, participates in conversations, and uses member features like Check-In, Vault, and Directory.

How LOOP Works

What is Live LOOP?

Live LOOP is the real-time messaging space inside your LOOP. Members can chat together, and owners can post updates or announcements. It’s like your LOOP’s own private conversation room.

What is the Bulletin Board?

The Bulletin Board is where important posts, polls, and announcements live. It’s the central place to share what the whole LOOP needs to know.

What is the Vault?

The Vault is a secure place to store files, documents, and information your LOOP needs to keep safe and easy to find. Only members of your LOOP can see what’s inside.

Do I need to download an app?

Nope. LOOP works right in your web browser on phones, tablets, and computers. You can also add it to your home screen for a quick-tap experience that feels like an app.

Can I use LOOP on my phone, tablet, or computer?

Yes. It works on any device with a modern web browser, so you can move between phone, tablet, and computer without missing anything.

Can LOOP work alongside email, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other tools I already use?

LOOP is designed to be your LOOP’s private home base. It doesn’t replace the other tools you use, but it gives your group one focused, safe place for awareness, tasks, and communication.

Who It’s For

Who can use LOOP?

Any group that wants to stay connected and aware — families, teams, classrooms, faith groups, neighborhoods, resident communities, associations, and more.

Can families, schools, organizations, 55+ communities, teams, and associations use it?

Yes. LOOP is built for all kinds of groups. If you have people to keep in the loop, LOOP can help.

Pricing

Is there a free version of LOOP?

Yes. LOOP is free to use, with helpful features included for every member. Premium features are available for owners and members who want more advanced tools.

What does the $9.99 Lifetime Owner activation include?

It unlocks Owner features for your identity, forever. That means any Loop you own — now or in the future — gets the full Owner toolkit. It does not cover Premium Member features inside someone else’s Loop; those are billed separately per Loop.

Do members have to pay?

Members can use the free version. Premium Member features are $1.49 per month, per LOOP, and come with a 30-day trial.

Can I try LOOP before paying?

Yes. Members get a 30-day Premium trial per LOOP, and Owner activation also comes with a 30-day trial. You can explore before deciding.

Privacy & Getting Started

Is my information private?

Yes. Your data is yours. I only work with the information your group has already chosen to share inside LOOP. We don’t sell data, and we design everything with privacy and safety in mind.

Who can see information inside my LOOP?

Only members of your LOOP can see its conversations, files, checklists, and posts. Each LOOP is its own private space.

How do I get started?

Sign up with your email, claim your LOOP domain, and create your first LOOP. Then invite the people you want to stay connected with.

How do I invite people into my LOOP?

Owners can send invitations with a direct link, a 6-digit code, or a ready-to-send message. When someone accepts, they become a member of your LOOP.

Who do I contact if I need help?
